                        Fiber wool (ceramic fibre rock wool, glass fibre) products have been preferred as refractory lining and insulation layer in various industries for their light bulk density, low thermal conductivity and good insulation effect. The quality of these fibre cotton products can not be guaranteed by manual construction. There are many joints in the insulation layer and the sealing effect is poor. Fiber spraying is a kind of mechanized construction. After mixing the fibre cotton with the binder sprayed by nozzles at high pressure through special equipment, the lining formed is seamless and well sealed. The maximum thickness can reach 280 mm. Various kinds of fibre cotton can be sprayed composite layer according to its use temperature. The appearance of fibre castable not only improves the use temperature of fibers, but also forms composite layer with fibre spraying liner.

                        During construction, the first layer (B layer) is sprayed with a certain thickness of fibre cotton, and the second layer (B layer) is sprayed with a certain thickness of fibre castables. This kind of working layer has high temperature resistance and high strength. It can resist high-speed flue gas scouring and dust particle collision. It has good sealing and energy saving rate of about 25-40%. This technology can reduce the design work of the thermal insulation part, only indicate what kind of cotton is sprayed on that part and how thick it is sprayed. Now it has been applied in Tiefa Thermal Power Plant, Fushun Petroleum Plant 3, Shanhaiguan Bridge Plant annealing furnace lining, etc., and has achieved good energy-saving effect and prolonged furnace life.
